Three subscription plans. Same price for the family-oriented and co-parenting-lite tiers; the full co-parenting tier adds the entire Family feature set on top.

14-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription auto-renews into a paid period at the plan and price you selected.
Cancellation during the trial takes effect immediately and ends access at the end of the trial day. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (you keep access until then).
Managing or canceling your subscription
How you manage your subscription depends on where you originally signed up:
Web (Stripe)
- Sign in to your TaskTroll account at tasktroll.com/login.
- Once signed in, open the menu, then tap Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Use the Stripe Customer Portal to update your payment method, change plan, or cancel.
- Refunds and disputes are handled by emailing support@tasktroll.com within the timeframe described in our Terms of Service.
iOS (Apple App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Find TaskTroll in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Apple handles all billing for subscriptions purchased in the iOS app; we do not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds for iOS purchases. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find TaskTroll and tap Cancel subscription.
- Google handles billing for subscriptions purchased in the Android app; refund requests go through your Google Play order history.
Insider add-on (referrals & payouts)
Any TaskTroll account on a paid plan can opt into the Insider program — refer other families to TaskTroll and earn recurring monthly payouts on every referral who stays subscribed. Insiders also get voting rights in the Citizen Developer Forum. Payouts are sent via Stripe Connect Express to a bank account or debit card you connect.
Earnings scale with the number of active referred families:
- 10 families — about $25 / month
- 25 families — about $62.50 / month
- 50 families — about $125 / month
- 100 families — about $250 / month
- 250 families — about $625 / month
Earnings are calculated per active subscription per month and paid out on a monthly or bi-weekly cadence you choose.
